Continuous Improvement and Safety. The Klinger Companies strive to continuously improve all aspects of their performance. Jobsite safety, which is a major priority, is an example of the Companies’ successful continuous improvement effort. The Companies have reduced three major indications of jobsite safety--Incidence Rate, Loss Day Case Rate, and Experience Modification Factor--to well below the national averages. This has created a safer and more productive work environment.
