systems. The 55,000 square foot facility features a
unique layout with a three-story, cast-in-place
concrete and glass atrium.

River Place
Dakota
Dunes Development needed this new "Class A"
office building constructed within nine months.
Klinger started fast-track construction in late August
on the 45,000 square foot building and finished it in
early spring. The building's exterior consists of
exposed aggregate precast panels that provide an
attractive blend of colors, enhancing the building's
beauty.

Kind
& Knox Gelatine, Inc.
Based
on previous expierence, Kind & Knox Gelatine
selected W.A. Klinger for their design and
construction needs. The Klinger team expanded five
areas of the existing plant, which when completed
virtually enclosed the old plant. This provided a new
look to the facility. Klinger also furnished and
installed all of the processing equipment for this
project. All construction was completed without
shutting down plant operations while maintaining the
safety of the Kind and Knox employees.

City
Hall - Sioux City
Sioux
City’s leaders faced a major dilemma with their new
City Hall building. The historic building, constructed
in the 1890’s, had structural problems due to its old
cedar piles that caused the building to settle. This
required major reconstruction. However, everyone wanted
to preserve the landmark building. The Klinger team tore
down the old structure and rebuilt it using the original
stone and other salvaged materials. The completed
structure combines the best of old and new. The building
retains its stately, historic appearance, while its
interior features efficient, modern amenities.
