Las Campanas construction, builder, office buildings, health clubs

This lap pool is part of the Spa and Tennis Center which along with the Equestrian Center, both built by Klinger, are features of the exclusive Las Campanas community near Santa Fe, New Mexico.

MCT
office building construction, manufacturing facilities, warehouses

The MCT building, an 85,000 square foot design/build project, consists of tilt-up concrete walls and cleanroom manufacturing space. The facility houses two high-tech suppliers - Quartz International and Envirco Corporation (a Trion Company).

Philips Semiconductor manufacturing plants, industrial

Philips manufactures semiconductor chips in this Albuquerque facility. Klinger has improved over 60,000 square feet of cleanroom space, installed chip making tools, and designed and build a 25,000 square foot space for 200 millimeter, 0.18 micron wafer production.

Presbyterian Hospital - North Campus commercial buildings

Klinger constructed the 120 bed, 108,000 square foot hospital and the four-story, 72,000 square foot medical building for Presbyterian Healthcare Services.
